Our on-site school is committed to addressing the uniqueness of each student\u2019s needs. Empowering students to make positive personal choices and be motivated to learn and succeed within a small, structured classroom environment.<\/p>\n<p>The AHFY Education Environment includes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Two classrooms<\/li>\n<li>Smartboard for interactive learning<\/li>\n<li>Low teacher to student ratio<\/li>\n<li>Individualized education<\/li>\n<li>Credit Recovery Program<\/li>\n<li>Horticultural Curriculum- AHFY has a student garden and greenhouse on the property<\/li>\n<li>Culinary arts education using vegetables from the garden in their cooking courses<\/li>\n<li>High School Diploma and graduation ceremony<\/li>\n<li>GED preparation and testing<\/li>\n<li>Special Education Services<\/li>\n<li>Positive Behavior Interventions and Support (PBIS)<\/li>\n<li>Regular achievement testing including MAP test I-ready, BASC-2<\/li>\n<li>Informal testing from core classes<\/li>\n<li>Licensed through Colorado Department of Education<\/li>\n<li>Year round educational services<\/li>\n<li>Preparation for effective transition back to public schools<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>AHFY provides a range of educational opportunities including: high school diploma completion, GED preparation, college preparation, special education services.
